Dr Carley Yapp

We are pleased to announce that Dr Carley Yapp joined the practice in December as the surgery’s first GP registrar. Golden Valley became a training practice last year after undergoing rigorous training and assessment. It is a great endorsement of the hard work undertaken by all members of staff to ensure the surgery performed at a high standard.

Dr Yapp qualified as a doctor in 2012 and has done various hospital jobs in the UK and New Zealand since then. She is now in her second year of training to be a GP and will be with Golden Valley until December 2023. As a trainee GP, all Dr Yapp’s work is supervised and her cases discussed with one of the Golden Valley GP’s.
